I decided this morning that it was time for me to come back home from Lovettsville. Have a horrible/deep cough, so dont need to be there getting my germs on anything that might get on Violet. On the way up to Lovettsville, I have seen some arches in the distance. Today I decided to explore and find out what they are. I went down several roads and finally decided it had something to do with the Luck Stone Co or the IIHS. I drove down the road towards the Institute and flagged down an employee that was leaving and asked. Turns out the framework is for a cloth dome to cover a 7+ acre test track. Mystery solved.
