I designated today as Pumpkin Day... (Ive never cooked with pumpkin before). Recorded new demos, had afternoon drinks with pretty ladies, then killed a bottle of wine and made a pumpkin pork stew, roasted pumpkin seeds; and fresh pumpkin puree, which will find its way into pumpkin bread and pancakes in the next few days. Topped off by a Redhook Pumpkin Porter. I think Pumpkin Day will be a new tradition for me... Feel free to join.
