I did buy HTC One Gold from UK on Jan 30/2014 and I did use for 3 weeks and I discover while using it that the power button didnt work perfectly I have to click it multiaples times to unlock the screen lock and when someone called me sometimes the screen goes black!! I did contact HTC support in UK and contact the store that I did buy it form and both of them advise me to do a reset on my phone . I did it twice and the problem still going!! Then I contact them again and told me to send it to them but in KSA they have a rule which I cannot send back any Electronic device!! Then back again to HTC support in Uk and told them about tis rule and told me to send to HTC support in KSA which I did and took it from me on 24 july and I take it back on 24 OCT claiming that they fix the problems !! BUT it still going?? and I return back to them and I wasnt pleased how they treat me and refuse to take my phone claiming they can not fix my phone because its from Uk and I have to go to Dubai and repair the phone!! and I m coming to Dubai and Ill be there for 3 days IF i bring my phone would they swap it for me ?? Im seriously annoying and I have tried every possible way to fix or change my phone because I only use it for almost a month in this whole time !!
