I did it!!! I am an Ironman - again!! Finished in 11:27:50, which is 10 minutes better than I did it in two years ago. This despite the waves on the swim which caused me to swollow a lot of water, the girl that decided it was a good idea to cut in front of everyone causing me to crash my bike at mile 2, massive cramps in my legs at mile 90 on the bike and generally feeling awful on the run. Was #308 overall which is also a nice improvement over last time. Very tired right now. Thanks to my wonderful family for supporting me and all my friends that cheered me along the course.
