I did the planking thing last night and held it for 1 minute. I didnt want to overdo it because my experience with any king of exercise is that you take it slow at first. I woke up last night and my right side from my chest and including my right arm was cramping. It started subsiding when I raised my arm over my head while laying down. I think I will miss tonight and try again tomorrow night. I did feel my stomach and chest muscles tighten up though.
