I did these last Monday. My abs were sore until yesterday. The video is a little close up but after I was sore for 5 days I decided I needed to share. These are like a step above leg lifts. 1⃣ lay on a bench and hold on above your head. 2⃣ lift your legs straight up until your toes are above your eyes. 3⃣ drive your hips up so that you are in a straight line from your toes to your shoulders 4⃣ lower controlled and as slowly as you can. Repeat as many times as you can without your form breaking. I did 5 sets of 6 reps. Then I couldnt stand up for 5 days. Woohoo.
