I didnt get the name of the ticket agent in Tampa who helped me, but she deserves Employee of the Year recognition. Somehow she managed to get my evening flight changed to an early afternoon (and direct) flight. She was exceedingly patient and, more importantly to me, persistent. When one avenue of change closed, she found another one open. I was becoming very ill (bronchitis, etc) and needed to get home. It was the anniversary of the death of our oldest son and we needed to get home to our youngest son. She is my flight fairy god-mother. Thank-you to this amazing unsung hero! Also, the flight crew on our new flight was super fun...best pre-flight safety presentation ever! Now, if we can get Southwest Airlines to fly in and out of Madison, WI! Id probably fly SW all the time!
