I didnt want anything for Christmas this year. I know my stubbornness has hurt several of those I truly love more than life itself, and for that I am sorry. Through all that has happened this year, even though I asked not to get anything, I did get two wonderful gifts, and I will always cherish them. They were the gift of love from a wonderful family that has stood by me through the good times and bad, and the gift of memories. Memories of many good times, and bad. Memories of laughter, crying, happiness, and love. Love is the tie that binds, and I feel truly blessed for all the love that fills my heart today. This love helps ease the pain of losing my Dad last month, and memories of him and all the fun times we had at Christmas time when I was a child fill my mind.
