I discovered 407 ETR has a policy change. Whereas before they would charge you the minimum if they did not have a record of your entry point or exit point. They now charge you an AVERAGE of some previous usage. Which may be rational for someone who uses the 407 the same route all the time. My usage varies all over the place. If you tell them what the entry and exit points of your trip were they will adjust the charge.
