I dislike rumors intensely. Started by small minded, mean spirited wannabes. Tear down because they cant build themselves up. People who take advantage of good people. When I hear one or someone asks me if something is true, even though it is so nonsensical it has to be false, I go to a lot of trouble to find out. I am often embarrassed to call HQ to check them out because they are so farfetched. That embarrassment is far smaller than if I continued the rumor. When someone passes such off as true without checking, I judge them as either stupid, lazy, having an ulterior motive, just a fool or all of the above. If you hear or read. one, consider the source, that usually tells you all you need to know. File that away for future reference. Always ask who they heard it from, then you contact them and ask where they got it. You will find that trail goes cold quick. If more people would do their part in this, we would all be less aggravated. That is all.
