I dnt thnk the govt z doing justice 2 the education sector.The other day they were talking abt sharing of teachers in schools were a teacher was 2 teach in more than 1 sch.Thy were talking abt class 1 laptops n yet schools dnt av enough teachers.Thy were talking abt free education n yet parents wil b forced 2 cater 4 it thro credit cards bn taxed.Thy r forcing schools heads 2 release held KCSE certs yet thy dnt want 2 pay the fees arrears 2 the schools.Schools cnt b run lyk a kiosk!Thy are nw saying dat school Principals wil b hired in contracts of 5yrs n b answerable 2 the Minister n nt TSC.Thy r trying by ol means 2 weaken teachers unions.Government funds 4 the free education r delaying 2 an extend of leading schools 2 early n untimely closure.Thy wantd tchrs 2 continue bn hired on contract basis n u say ths z the way 2 go?NEVA...TSC shdnt b stripped off its roles.TSC shd continue employin tchers coz if the govt teks only ths 1 role,the whole exercise wil b politicisd squarely.Thngs cnt b ran by day dreaming pple.Education sector nids 2 b improved n nt doomd.Thnk abt it
