I do all my programming currently on a 8 day rotation. Legs/core, Chest and Tris, Back Shoulders Bis, and Light Recovery Cardio. REPEAT. The first time through I do my workouts as most people would. Then being the sadistic individual I am the second time around I use the same weights and apply bands to my major movements to help keep tension throughout the movement and emphasis the top portions of lifts. Today was one of those days (no videos with bands today but soon). No matter what do something everyday. That probably isnt new to most people here but it may be. I am not saying hit PRs everyday but just like anything the more you do it the more habitual it comes the more you will have to do it in your routine. So even if its a couple sets of push-ups I urge everyone to get some exercise daily!
