I do believe this...that there is a place of contact where all religions can touch and understand, philosophies can exchange peacefully, people care for one another and life in general survives and even thrives. All begin to recognize we have the power now to totally kill ourselves and the planet. It is this point where I have met and made friends around the world regarding life on earth, a respect for one another and caring that we not kill everything! This weekend was one such time of connection this time with my friends in India who are green conscious caring men who reached across the oceans through the Internet from India to me and my green groups right here in Silicon Valley, CA, Christian, Muslim and Hindu religions meeting on a common plane and sharing all kinds of various aspects of life, from my little frontier cabins to the food I eat. This morning my friend, Sanjay shared my coconut pancake with cherry preserves and turkey sausage brunch via Facebook! It was so sweet. One day i will hopefully visit my friends in India and we can sit down to a meal there. Thank you for this common sharing of ideas, pictures, and food, family, faiths and concerns for our world.
