I do not believe the summons I have for Jan 28, 2015, will result in anything positive for me. Any explanation I might give will make no difference, the outcome will be a negative one, in wherever shape it takes. Even the lightest sanction is a major opening for the spies. 2014 1124 215 PM INCIDENT AT 5TH AVE AND 25 ST. I have pointed out many, many times, every time I go out I am object of countless provocations of all sort. There are provocateurs, “impartial witnesses” with their cameras ready, some of those high resolution, to capture in pristine details my “deranged” behavior, these teams are at every possible place I might possible visit during my time out. Also, there are at those locations law enforcement personnel that no matter what I say, or explanation I attempt to give will simply see me at fault. In this clip, (it should be more clips, the camera did not stop recoding until an officer stopped it from recording), you see a Fresh Direct truck, these trucks regularly participate in the harassment of my persona when I am out. Many times by blocking the bikers lane and my vision. One of the provocations I am regularly object is, by being followed at a very close range by another biker, who wait for an opportunity to hit me, and start a confrontation based in that incident. In this clip, when I noticed trough my mirrors I was being closely followed, I stopped and moved away, you can see until the moment I notice this biker, I have done nothing at all, everything happened afterwards. Also, I have said sleep deprivation trough the use of large quantities of toxics, and electro shocks are daily used to reduce my ability to handle better the provocations that surely will come my way, specially when I am out, but also at home. On November 24, I was allowed just three hours of rest from 10 pm to 1256 am, afterwards and until now, 6 pm Nov 24, the apartment has been flooded with toxic chemicals. An individual in civilian clothes who never identity himself as an officer, grabbed me and held me until uniformed policemen arrived. I believe the plain clothes officer did not tell me he was an officer of the law in the hope I’d do something he can construct as an assault on a police officer. The arriving uniformed policemen said they wanted to take me to Bellevue for an evaluation, what fits precisely in the scheme I have said all along, the spy agencies want to put me out of circulation as someone mentally ill. By reviewing the video recordings previous to the incident, and remembering my behavior afterwards, I am very convinced toxics were sprayed on me at the moment the plain clothes officer approached, these toxics could have been sprayed on me by himself. (Loud bass stereo playing next to apartment at this second, 1230 pm, 2014 1130, toxics flooding room as well) These toxics are designed to alter my behavior significantly, the videos previous to the incident show my behavior no different from what I normally do, also after the incident when the plain clothes policeman have realized me, I am again calmed. In another words, I was being drugged. Normally, when I notice these bikers riding very close to my bike’s rear wheel, two feet away, I stop and let them pass me, I did the same in this case, but this biker did not leave, he stayed, “to apologize”. He approached making peace signs and blowing kisses to my camera, this individual was told by the spies I am posting these videos on youtube/alexanderevidence. He was using my own video postings to make everything appear as nothing more than an innocent incident of which he was very apologetic. Bikes following at a very close range happens at a rate of 10 to 15 times, at least, every time I go out, it is very difficult for me to see it as an isolated event. Like someone whom you know have a grudge against you and “accidentally” stains your clothes with coffee, wine, etc, and then all smile apologize to you aggravating you even more. I was taken to the 13 precinct handcuffed, then placed in a cell, later on released with a summon to appear on January 28 at NYC Criminal Court, 346 Broadway. As a result of the incident I suffered light injuries in my right elbow and right foot, my newly bought headphones were crashed by a truck, a glove was lost, and one of the bike mirrors gone as well. No consequences of any sort for the biker who trigger the entire incident. Ugly situations as this one, will keep repeating themselves, over and over, until the spies achieve their ultimate goal of depriving me of my freedom.
