I do not usually write what I am thinking on Facebook but I do not know where else to write this. This morning I woke to the ABC news report about the murder of the Palestinian boy. It was so one sided that it physically sickened me. They kidnap three of our boys and we come together in prayer. They celebrate on the streets. The world does not feel this is very newsworthy and it hardly features in any news reports or in in any paper. They murder our three boys and we come together in prayer, they celebrate on the streets. The murders note a small mention in the worlds media. A Palestinian boy is taken and murdered. We condemn the killing and mourn for the boy and his family. They riot on the streets. This makes headline news all around the world. Even before the reason for the boy being taken and murdered is clear. The world knows that it was a revenge attack. Meanwhile, they continue to send rockets into civilian areas, with only the Israeli response being reported. Where is the moral equivalence??
