I donated a very small amount of money to wikipedia this week and realized through their thank you email and through some reflection just how important and awesome it is to have such a huge non-profit, non-bias source of information available to us at all times! Not only for us, but for millions of other people, more and less fortunate than ourselves, that use it as a huge source of information each day. Next time you see a donation banner, why not go ahead and shell out 3 bucks from your paypal? You probably use it enough to warrant that. Just another way to give thanks.
