I donated sunscreen for a charity event and then received a follow - TopicsExpress

I donated sunscreen for a charity event and then received a follow up email this morning. The message was along the lines of Thank you for the product. The attendees of the event will primarily be African American and thus, sunscreen isnt something that they really need, would it be possible to send it back in exchange for something else? Where do I begin?! 1. When someone is kind enough to donate something for your event you say thank you and appreciate what you get. 2. If African Americans arent using sunscreen daily they should be. Most of us battle issues of hyper pigmentation, it doesnt matter what you do to combat it, if youre not using sunscreen the discoloration will return. Also, the Myth that Black people dont need sunscreen is one of the key contributors of African Americans having the highest mortality rate from skin cancer in the US. #learntobegrateful #knowyourfacts
