I dont ask for much, but sometimes I give away a whole lot. Even though it may not be much to some, but I still give whatever I do the best that I got. Most times I give more time and attention that I get in return, and for that Im truly my fathers child, but after all, its better to give than to receive. I made 35 yesterday (shut up! This my story, I can tell it how I want to), and hell, Im beautiful - inside and out. I especially love my four hearts, my blue-eyed chunk of love, sa-nuke-nuke and chicken little and my family and I heard from them from here, there and everywhere that reiterates that I am somebody. Im both grateful and thankful for all the thoughts and wishes yesterday because I could be dead and sleeping in my grave not be around to receive and enjoy it all, so for that I am truly blessed. And its just a blessing to know when you are loved and it feels so good having people show you that they love you back. It be those small things that are worth more than anything. What I got for my birthday...well, Im already a big booty girl and thats not what I would have wanted anyway.... not one packaged gift (and it was okay) because I got something more valuable than money could buy - I got me. A TRIED, TESTED, TRUE AND TRIUMPHED ROSE that brightens someone elses day and that has perservered, metaphorically speaking, through concrete, and no matter how many times I have been cut back - I come back better and prettier than the time before. Hey, this my box. It said whats on your mind, so, in my Biggie voice, if you dont know, now you know. Besides, so many people spend so much time making other people feel bad and saying ugly stuff that there is nothing wrong with me taking a little time to talk to myself and ME feel good. Why dont you try speaking well of yourself and encouraging yourself. I just love me some me and dont hate me because Im beautiful. Remember, the best thing in life IS free - family.
