I dont bash people but i am almost in tears. I paid a photographer to take pictures of my family and I at county line orchard. I was excited because we dont have a family portrait at all. The day we scheduled, she cancelled on us 15 mins before she was supposed to meet us and we had already driven there from East chicago at 8Am. I asked for a refund she said no refunds, so we rescheduled. By that time all the leaves were gone and asked if we could try somewhere else and she said she wouldnt have enough time. She offered xmas pix or easter pix but i couldnt find a day for all of us to be off of work at the same time so again i asked for a refund. She argued with me and blamed me for having to move her schedule around for my appointment and because she had to give someone a discount. She finally agreed to send me my money back but she never did. This was almost a month ago then i found out she had a studio decorated for fall because of the way the weather had been but she did not offer to me. So she got paid and ruined something special for my family. I didnt get any pictures and didnt get my money back. Be careful who you contact on the thrift shop. I sure learned my lesson.
