I dont believe in MTC making the connection nor have trust in the Communication Regulations Authority of Namibia (CRAN). CRAN said in the media that they are happy with the way MTC is conducting business and have found no validity into the public out cry that MTC was robbing customers credit and data on internet usage especially with smartphones users, that MTC claimed it was due lack of apps education. After public complaints, MTC change for good. Our Apps are active and loading 24 hours but for lower charge that sometimes we cant feel. Why change if there was no wrong doing? This make me suspect that MTC has been/is still robbing peoples credit and data because the general members of the public dont know how the charging system works.
