I dont believe in step parenting...just. simply. parenting. Blood relation is irrelevant. The Bible states, in James 1:27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit (translated from the Greek word for oversee) the fatherless and widows in their affliction (translated from sorrow, grief and poverty) and to keep himself unspotted from the world. and Bahaullah said ...He that bringeth up his son or the son of another, it is as though he hath brought up a son of Mine; upon him rest My Glory, My loving-kindness, My Mercy, that have compassed the world.
