I dont bring my personal problems to Facebook but this situation needs to be made public. I have been living in The Cottages of Baton Rouge for 3 and 1/2 years and these last two months of my lease have been absolute hell. I have had awful internet connection for two months (Im taking 10 hours of classes), no AC for a week and half (its 95 degrees out), and no hot water for 5 days (Id like to shower). The management here is terrible. I have to call them hourly every single day to remind them of what is going on in order for anything to get done. You would think that they would get these issues resolved in a timely fashion but they have not. Oh, and they just charged me $25 for utilities overages. Having granite countertops and a resort style swimming pool is absolutely not worth having to deal with the issues that come from living in this community.
