I dont do this often, and I try to keep my facebook page dog related or filled with positive thoughts, and sometimes a personal update or two ;o) But I am asking anyone who follows my page for a favor. My nephew, Connor Steele, is in the hospital, and he is not doing very well. Connor has quadric spastic cerebral palsy and he is a brilliant young man. He recently received his Masters Degree with highest honors and will be pursuing his P.H.D. in the fall. He is battling an extremely infected gall bladder which because of his condition, created blood clots, and after a series of complications, is on blood thinners which means they cannot operate. He is in terrible pain and nauseous, and at the moment, there is little that can be done to fix, but only control, his symptoms. It could be weeks, if not months before anything can be done. I ask not that you like this post, or comment, but to send good wishes, prayers, and words of encouragement to him. His mom and my sister Linda Steele could also use your prayers and maybe some cyber hugs. She has been strong, and there for him his whole life and has to return to work on Monday. You can post on either of their pages. I do believe in the power of positive thoughts and the power of prayer....so if you could send a little love their way....well, it would be greatly appreciated.
