My grandfathers Foster dad was: Samuel Taliaferro Sam Rayburn; a Democratic lawmaker from Bonham, Texas, who served as the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives for 17 years, the longest tenure in U.S. history. I am a descendent of: William Penn, an English real estate entrepreneur, philosopher, early Quaker and founder of the Province of Pennsylvania, the English North American colony and the future Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. (Wikipedia) 3). My great-grandfather, David Franklin Penn, was a Republican Delegate in 1948. 4). My great-grandparents lived in Mount Vernon, Texas and personal friends with Don Merediths parents: Joseph Don Dandy Don Meredith was an American football quarterback, sports commentator and actor. He spent all nine seasons of his professional playing career with the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. (Wikipedia) 5). My great-great-great maternal grandfather is from Germany and his German last name was Fuchs which translated to our American name Fox. 6). My paternal grandmother, Lucille Clifton McCollum, was born in a tent in 1920, she & her family of 8 lived in the tent after they moved to Thrift, Texas. Because of the big oil boom there were very few houses available. 7). I love shows/movies that have witches, werewolves, vampires... yes Im a fan of Twilight, The Vampire Diaries, The Originals & and still watch reruns of Charmed!! 8). I have the 3 coolest, most beautiful & loving granddaughters EVER! 9). Im the only one allowed to fight with my family... because if you mess with anyone in my family youre messing with me! 10). I share a my birthday with King Edward VII and Ryan Murphy!
