I dont know what to call this... its the combination of a couple recipes that I liked. When I write it on my menu for the week I refer to it as Spicy Glaze Chicken, so I guess that works. I make it really spicy and use whichever chili peppers happen to be cheaper when Im at the market... its usually jalepeños or red chili peppers. Its not really a pretty dinner, but its so, so good! My lips are kind of still on fire from having it tonight... it burns so good! :P I make a bunch of rice and steamed broccoli (sometimes I add carrots or mushrooms) to go with it! The sauce that you end up with is spicy, tangy and perfect drizzled over it all! Also, since my Husband and I really like spicy things, I serve the peppers with dinner. Yum! BONUS: our silly Snap-On wrench steak knives are in this picture! (My Husbands a mechanic...) *recipe in comments!
