I dont know where else to turn, so since everyone here seems so helpful I thought I may find solace and comfort among friends. Yesterday I went to Publix and bought two bags of ice. I then went about my day and when I returned home 3 hours later.....Im sorry, this is almost too painful to write. Ok, when I returned home, the ice.....the ice HAD MELTED! It was just laying there, floating around in a watery mess. After the initial shock wore off, I drove back to Publix and carried the lifeless bags of water to the customer service desk. Still confused and upset, I could barely speak but somehow managed to explain my situation. But heres where things took a turn for the worse, (I know, whats worse than two bags of melted ice that were left in the car for hours). They refused to give me a refund or even exchange them. I wish we had an ALDI grocery store - I bet their ice doesnt melt!
