When you feel like your life is in the fast lane just ...PULLOVER Exercise is the pullover . I preform this on chest day as a finishing move . The exercise targets a rage of muscles but I use it for the expansion of the rib cage . Inhale at the top of the movement and keep hips down . Start to Exhale at the bottom until in the start position . I recommend this exercise to everyone especially new lifters as it creates a full looking chest
