I dont know why,but I have this urge to associate this routine into my speed deadlift for tomorrows WOD. Of course,in exception of the muscle-ups.In addition,I might want to also bring in some deep-heating rub gel to be applied on the sore muscle groups,dont want to be limping my ass all over University.Might even use the foam roller more often as well as getting a 30 minutes warm-up of both Static and dynamic stretches,prior to the WOD. Pray,eat,study,sleep,meditate,and be ever more angry for more.
