I dont know why people are tagged as disrespectful whenever they try to put SOME blame on Otumfour for SOME of the mismanagement issues bedevilling Asante Kotoko. If youve really been following how Kotoko CEOs or board chairmen have been appointed and/or fired or made to resign in recent times, you would only be charitable by describing some of the decisions/actions/words from Otumfour as ill-informed. He appoints. Sacks. Loss, instead of profit, is declared at the end of the season. Appoints. Sacks. Kotoko wins the league. Qualifies for Africa. Flops. Sells players. Sacks. Appoints again. Win double. Satisfied. Sells players. Stadium still filled. Still owes players. Where are we heading? The club is our god. We worship and adore it. Our heart. We pray for it. We spend on it in our own ways. We get disappointed at the end. We get sad. We lose bets. Should we continue to be feeling this way? Lets raise the bar. Lets conquer Africa. Anything apart from that is failure, and the owner of the club should be concerned. Please, set your priorities right, Otumfour, on issues concerning Kotoko; its board members, CEOs and players to be sold or recruited.. It is all not about appointing, sacking and pumping in money.
