I dont look back wishing to be young again , such thoughts are a waste of time , i look forward and to those such as Harriet 20 years down the road who keep me training not to feel younger , but to keep from feeling older .HAPPY TO BE FIT AND HEALTHY and turning 58 next month. Swam 3000 yards on Friday and Saturday, with Saturdays swim being 1:44 faster and setting a PR in less than 10 days from 1:00:47 down to 59:03
