I dont need Facebook to recap my year...I own every second that this world gave me in 2014. I absolutely cherish all the incredible, happy moments where I was with one or more friends or someone I love and we just laughed or cried or were just happy together. I learned how rewarding it is to give back this year and how the parties and events I was a part of brought me closer to that. I re-learned this year how hard it is to lose people that you love...my grandfather who past away in April and the friend I lost this year. I learned a lot about being strong from my Mom who was diagnosed with breast cancer in February and then cracked her knee in June and had to wear a leg brace for 8 weeks after 8 weeks of radiation. I learned more about friendships this year...how misunderstood they are sometimes, how fragile they can be and how important they are. I learned even more about myself and how much I still have a lot to learn about relationships, friendships, being in love, being strong, being humble, being a man, being a friend, being a father, being a son, and being everything I know I am supposed to be in this life I have been given. So here is to all of 2014 and what it has been and what needs to be let go and on to a New Year and making 2015 all the best it can be!
