I dont normally comment about customers on FB trouble can happen if I do. But it has happen several time this past 2 weeks. Person brings or sends in an order all set up to be made. (we did not type edit or have anything to do with the wording) We make a sample show it to the customer they say yes that is great! So we produce it. Customer then looks at it and says one of the following OH MY there is a mistake I typed the wrong phone number, left off something that I have to have on it or there is a word misspelled. I have to have them remade. Do I have to pay for these? We look at them. Customer but they are wrong and you made them. (Guess we are mind readers). Call to me is made, call over to look at or I made them. I say we will remake them but will give you a discount on those. YOU MEAN I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM. Also if you have a stamp special made and you have taken it home use it for a few days you can not return it so we can give you your money back because you have stamped what you need so we can throw it away. Sorry for the long message but the last few weeks have been something else. Thanks for letting me rant!
