I dont normally make this kind of request, but please click this link and submit a comment to the Water Resource Department telling them to deny this permit application. A foreign corporation wants to strip mine some of the last pristine salmon habitat in OR/CA, and they wont be able to do it if they dont get this water-use permit. The WRD has already received almost 1500 comments in the last two weeks, which is basically unprecedented. They just recently denied another permit because of the number of comments they received, and this would really set this mine back. It literally only takes 10 seconds and you dont even have to write anything yourself.
