So asking the question. today I received a letter with a parking violation seems I parked on Wrekin retail park on Sunday 28th December in a disabled parking bay without displaying the blue badge. Took ages to remember where I was that day but the photographs clearly show our car. This was purely an over site as we do have a blue badge for my husband. Just a senior moment as we were only there about 10 minutes. The fine is £60 would it make a difference to appeal as although we possess the badge we clearly did not display it?
