I dont normally talk about this group on social media. Today is an exception. A while ago I was selected to be a hostage negotiator for my department. I use the word selected because not many are fortunate enough to be part of such an elite group of minds. At the time I never had an idea that the foundations and ideologies of this program were going to be so instrumental for me with the coping of Amanda and Rogers murders. I will forever be grateful for that foundation which helped me to push forward. Throughout the passage of time we have lost Dr. Rob Cipriano, Charlie Naranjo, Shirley Key, Laurick Ingrahm, Annivette McDermott, Jose Aja, Tucker, Tommy Dixon, Vernon, Ralph, Mishka and my dear friend Kathy Sullivan, to retirement or career choices. So today, I would like to take a moment and thank and single each of you out for the contributions that you have made to this program and most importantly for your personal impact on each of us, especially me. You are truly missed, make no mistake of that! We will always push forward in the hopes of saving a life. Near or far always remember that a part of you will always be with a part of us...Gods speed to each and every one of you and to all that remain who will always fight the good fight!
