I dont particularly like actors pontificating on politics. I give no more credence to Jeff Bridges than I do to George Clooney, even if Jeff is much closer to my own political views. Sadly, our youth are much more influenced by these celebrities than they should be. If we could find a way to get them to read Nietzsche or perhaps Thoreau and form their own opinions; indeed teach them to think for themselves, we would be far better served. Pipe dream to be sure, but dream none the less.
