(( I dont really know what to say, AM I HEARING THIS CORRECTLY?!?... It was Genocide. We have lost languages, parts of our culture and still face Native men, women and children feared for their lives. Natives had no immunity to the diseases that the English brought over, and they used that to their advantage. Blankets given to the natives which were used by patients with smallpox. Native (healthy) children were forced to reside in the same living areas with other children who were sick as punishment for speaking their own languge! This was INTENTIONAL! The fug does the Black death have to so with this?!? It was transferred by rats and not properly disposing of garbage! And the settlers wanted to wipe out the Natives and take their land for there own profit! (Not meaning to insult blondes here) But you dumb blonde wench! She ingored the fact that someone is twisting history to make America seem like a 100% perfect country. No country is innocent. They all have their own sins. Genocide- the deliberate and systematic extermination of a national, racial, political, or cultural group.
