I dont usually post stuff like this but thought I should. I would not go to oral surgeon, Dr. Stone located in LS, my mom who is 79 had to make appt. for 3 extractions. She had to cancel in Feb due to stomach flu which I also go as well and we gave them more than 24 hr notice. Yesterday she was rescheduled and woke up early in the am with diarrhea and called the office at 8 am to cancel and reschedule. They told her either you come today or we wont reschedule you, you have cancelled twice and you had th flu, there is no way you have the flu again HOW RUDE! Who do they think they are, she is 79 and not in good health. We didnt NO SHOW them, she is a cash paying customer as she doesnt have dental ins., $1050 would have been her bill. They just lost a customer and I hope they lose more when people read this, and see how discriminatory they are against seniors and people who are ill. They have her xrays and I am going to go pick them up tomorrow and give them a piece of my mind.
