I dont usually write these type of comments just because I dont want any of my friends or family members and to try and respect everyones point of view but seeing what just happened in Ferguson, MO just boils my blood.... First I have to say that I have many friends and family members that are/were law enforcement officers and this is with no intention to disrespect any of them... People when are we going to WAKE UP and realize that profiling in this country still exists and has TO STOP.... Just the other day me and the hubby got stopped for speeding (which we were not) at GUNPOINT just because he assumed we were gonna run when in reality we got stopped because we were wearing colors in our backs..... We were profiled and treated like we were criminals when we are law abiding citizens, we go to work everyday, we pay our taxes, pay our bills. We are taught from very little that we are all equals and that by hard work we can achieve our dreams but when we are released into the world all that changes..... ALL I ASK FROM EVERYONE IS TO STOP PROFILING BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF OUR SKIN, THE CLOTHES WE WEAR, ETC. AND LETS START TO ACCEPTING EVERYONE AS EQUALS... Lets get our youth educated and out of poverty, lets work together for a better tomorrow.... OK Im done ranting.... good night
