I dreamt of having the kids I have before they were born. I have been blessed with the most amazing children. Luke and Michaela. Both are so special. Michaela has had a 9 month battle with an inoperable brain cancer. DIPG. Michaela has a beautiful personality. We are privileged to be her parents. She was extremely loving, care free, fun loving, inspiring, friendly little girl. She had big dreams to be a chef and a teacher. She enjoying dancing, drawing, arts and craft, playing the guitar and of course cooking. She was everything we could ask for in a daughter and more. She persevered through all the struggles of her illness, needles, doctors, doctors and more doctors, radiation, chemotherapy, monitors, feeding tube, drips, suction machines, oxygen machines, medicines, tablets, hospitals - she fought so hard. no child ever deserves this fight. So hard watching and heart-breaking.... a daughter that wants to live life with a body that was failing and at the most important source .. the brain. Today the fight is over ..... at 4.30pm this afternoon Michaela become free. the battle is over!! Michaela took her last breath and is in a much better place away from all the struggles and suffering. She gave us 9 magical years and will be in our hearts forever xxxxxxx We will miss her like crazy. Love you so much my beautiful daughter xxxx
