I drive 25,000 to 45,000 miles a year and have done so for over 30 years. One of my pet peeves is having a police car pass me without his lights or siren well over the speed limit. Last Friday I witnessed a state police SUV go after a semi that did not stop at the Kentucky weigh station. OK the semi may have been wrong BUT the cop went after him at high speed over the bridge, no lights no siren weaving between the lanes so that put me at peril. Not a real good place for a high speed pursuit. Turn your lights on if you are in pursuit or driving over the dang speed limit. Cops are not above the law!!!!!!!!!!!!!
