I each state we need to make it a Class A felony that can carry the death penalty for a body cavity search under any circumstances even if with consent. This is one reason the Fourth Amendment is absolute and there is no legitimate room for alteration of the standard by any curt. We also need to prosecute automatically all judges who step outside the bounds of original intent at any level of government. Taking back our Constitution and Bill of Rights must be a top priority.
