I eat a lot of fish and love it. but some fish varieties I get sleepy of, you have trouble falling asleep should you eat fish! Fish is healthy and varied diet. Fish is rich in proteins, which in turn contains the amino acids necessary for human beings. Other nutrients are minerals and vitamins (A, E and B vitamins). There are a lot of unsaturated fat in fish, which is good for health. The proportion of saturated fat is low. Fish also contains nutritionally important substances such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, selenium and zinc. Calcium is found mostly in the bones. MY COMMENT. WHO EATS FISHBONE? Fish are easily digestible food because the meat contains less connective tissue than meat from other animals. And for me it is very good to eat fish since I have multivitamin defiance since I was a child. and the vitamins I get lack of is B- vitamin-6 and 12 , c vitamin, Phosphorus (P) I dont like meet that much but i eat it sometimes!
