I encourage all the residents of Hamblen County to read this article. While Joe and I were fortunate to win the Star of Life, its not abou us. This article illustrates the quality of care that the residents of Hamblen County receive. I feel that Morristown EMS provides quality care with every call we answer. From the newest employee to the most senior, Morristown EMS always delivers exceptional care. In answering a call for help, we are not alone. Whether it is help received from Hamblen County 911, Hamblen County Volunteer Fire Departments, Hamblen County Sheriffs Department, Morristown Rescue Squad, Morristown Fire Department, Morristown Police Department, Lifestar, Wings or the staff at both of our local hospitals, Lakeway Regional and Morristown Hamblen. We do not do it alone. As a Paramedic, I am just one link in the chain of emergency care that often allows a family to have one more day together.
