I enjoyed a great dinner with my friend Dr. Gary Pak and his wife Muriel. Gary is a English Professor at Univ. Of Hawaii and Ewha University in Seoul, Korea, author, and a valued Playwright and a good Jazz Pianist. We have enjoyed getting together to play our favorite jazz tunes, talk story, and we both enjoy each others company and are both dealing with elder care issues our parents. They treated me to a great Okinawian Honolulu Restaurant. They both ordered the Butter Garlic Ahi and we shared the Champuru Bitter Melon with Buta & Tofu Appitizer.
