I feel strongly that the biggest threat to devolution and Development in The County Government of Kericho are the CECs and staff themselves. The Bomet CECs and staff are fully supportive of their Governor but ALL our CECs and staff are a disaster and a let down to Governor Paul Kiprono Chepkwony! This is my dictum! I see them wining and dining with politicians who are undermining the Governor! Their kins are openly declaring that they are supportive of the politicians undermining the governor! Time has come for Kericho Governor to take a serious stock of what is happening in his backyard and weed out or crack the whip on all moribund and excessive baggage CECs and staff! This is a topic for another day and we will want to know where the loyalty of each one of the CEC and staff is! This is a crusade we must start soonest!
