I finally figured out how to make multi million dollar companies decide they want to do the right thing especially when what you are calling them about is still under warranty. Once company I called August 13, paid for express shipping and still didnt have product here last Monday. Called them last Thursday......claimed they sent me an email that they didnt have product in stock and that it wouldnt be sent out until September 14th. Before I hung up I told the guy that I paid for express shipping and they had the money already......if I didnt hurry up and get the product I would be calling my attorney and Better Business Bureau. Needless to say that I had email Friday afternoon that said product was shipped out just before email with tracking number. Just got through telling the same thing to another multi million dollar corporation. I use to just say yeah, okay thats fine.....not anymore.
