I finally had a half hour to myself so took a walk on this beautiful day that God gave us. My I say how blessed I felt and refreshed after listening to my music and being active. I am struggling with the dulldrums and no spunk. Life has so many things to do and think about that I am struggling right now. More days like today and spending time with Rick, my bestest girlfriend, Cindy Rob Startzel and Rob her husband with some wine and music at Cassel Vineyard tonight and then at York Fair listening to Halestorm.
