I finally had some time to get the new purchase a 1977 cabover I bought from Washington state road ready. Truck was ordered new out of California with factory 253 wheelbase, original 400 Big Cam 1, on Freightliner 4 spring. Sometime in its life it made its way up to Idaho as a movie set truck, fifth wheel was removed and a box added to the frame. Cory Henry from Ellensburg bought it after that. On its maiden voyage the truck ran like a top and very tight... impressed every guage worked even the old air restriction guage. The truck came from the factory with inboard tight mounted stacks and single air cleaner, Cory was kind enough to send 2 new outboard mounted stack pedestals. The original stacks were 15 away from the cab and didnt look that good so by moving the fuel tanks back a few inches I was able to squeeze the stacks in closer to the cab. At this time I added a dual breather set up.
