I finally have love for myself and only allow people in my life that keep me up lifted who dont judge me or put me down who teach me I deserve love and I help them to love themselves, we would never bring each other down we help lift each other up and that is true love and I have found that in all my friendships that I held so close though these difficult times they are my life jackets cause the water just got too rough to fight so my friends and family are helping me float and ride with the waves instead of drowning in them. Thank you for the encouragement and support because it is so easy just to give up and drown
